If your child requires EMERGENT medication, a Medication Administration form, Anaphylaxis Emergency Plan (only if life threatening allergy) and a Medication Plan form must be submitted. Effective April 1/2025 we will no longer be administering NON EMERGENT medication such as (tylenol, benadryl, sprays etc). ONLY prescribed current pharmacy labeled medications will be administered.
ALL forms are fillable and listed below. They must be completed in their entirety and emailed to lisa.savage@mhcbe.ab.ca
Each year an annual $35 fee is attached to the eldest or only student registered in the program. This fee is attached to their first month's required payment. A late fee of $30.00 will be added every 15 minutes if a child or children are not picked up by the time specified time on their session or if after 5:30 pm. No exceptions.
Please note that fees for the Mother Teresa Out of School Care Program have increased due to rising operational costs, including staff wages, facility maintenance, and program materials. OSC payments are required monthly using School Cash Online. They will get posted to accounts on or before the 5th of the month and payment is to be completed by the 25th of the same month.
